Liberty High School PATS Booster Club provides scholarships to graduating seniors from LHS. These scholarships vary in value up to $1,000.00. The purpose of these scholarships are to provide assistance and encouragement to qualifying high school seniors who plan to further their education in an academic study.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must have or be graduating from Liberty High School during the 2021-2022 school year.
• A cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0 or above.
• A senior student planning to attend a college full time beginning no later than September 2022.
• Parent/guardian must be a member of PATS in the current academic year.
• Parent/guardian must have been a member of PATS at least two or more years during that student’s time at Liberty.
• Student must be, or have been, a member of one of the following Liberty High School organizations for 2 or more years:
• Band, Baseball, Men's Basketball
• Cheerleading, Choir, Football
• Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Wrestling
• Men's Tennis, Women's Tennis, Women's Basketball
• Volleyball, Softball Track/Cross Country

Directions to applicant:

1. Fill out the attached application.
2. Provide a recommendation from one of the following: high school teacher, counselor, administrator or coach in a sealed envelope. Forms for these recommendations are attached.
3. Attach a copy of your transcript.
4. The completed application needs to be turned in to the Career Center by April 28, 2023.
